Black Ingvars
Black Ingvars har valt att göra sommaren osäker för alla norrmän genom att turnéra i Norge sommaren 2011. Killarna i bandet lever (konstigt nog) och mår riktigt bra. Showen är tyngre, tätare och mer rockig än någonsin. Gamla superhits varvas med nya låtar som kommeratt få folk att må riktigt riktigt bra. Så passa på att se Black Ingvars live 2011, det borde vekligen vara sista gången dom spelar live. För mänsklighetens skull.
Historik:
1756 föddes Mozart. 1995 föddes Black Ingvars. Så sammanfattar man det viktigaste som har hänt i musikhistorien. Och gillar man inte Mozart så räcker det att veta det här: 1995 släppte Black Ingvars sin första platta; Earcandy Six. En fusion mellan det bästa från hårdrocken och det sämsta från dansbandsmusiken. Succén var ett faktum. Platta sålde guld och platina på några veckor. Succé i hela norden! Bandet turnérade 320 dagar i rad och slog alla tänkbara publikrekord. Kvällspressen var fylld av snaskiga artiklar om killarnas vilda framfart längs vägarna. Dags för nästa utmaning: den svåra uppföljningsplattan. Earcandy 5 blev namnet och självklart blev den en lika stor succé den också. Guldskivor och ännu mer turnerande följde. 1997 var det dags att skriva musikhistoria igen. Denna gång blandades kända barnlåtar med tung, frustande hårdrock. Bandet spelade in 14 videos som sändes varje morgon i TV 4:s nyhetsprogram. Barnen älskade det. Och föräldrarna med. Plattan sålde smått otroliga 178.000 ex bara i Sverige. 1998 var det dags för ännu en milstolpe i den nordiska kulturen; SchlagerMetal. Bandet gjorde ett skandalartat framträdande i Schlagerfestivalen och hamnade på en hedrande 4:e plats. Behöver vi nämna att även denna platta sålde både guld och platina? Från 1998 till 2000 var killarna ute på en enda lång, galen och utsåld turné. Efter hundratals spelningar och över 800.000 sålda skivor, trötta på hotellrum, flyg, bussresor, dålig mat, långtråkiga soundcheckar och framför allt, på varandra, tog killarna en lång och välbehövlig paus som varade ända till 2008.
